By accessing crediscore.in, creating an account or requesting a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract and must provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for keeping your password and OTP confidential and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Permitted use
You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and only to request a report for yourself or a person for whom you have valid legal authority and consent. Impersonation, false documents, unauthorised data access, automated abuse, reverse engineering and interference with the service are prohibited.
4. Service process
A request is processed after the required profile information, consent and successful payment are available. Typical report delivery is 24–48 hours, but this is an estimate and may be affected by verification, provider availability, incorrect information, maintenance or other circumstances outside our control.
5. Payments
Prices shown at checkout are payable through the available payment method. A payment confirmation does not guarantee report generation if required information or consent is invalid or if the provider cannot complete the request. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Third-party providers
Credit information and payment processing may depend on third-party providers. Their availability, validation rules and processing decisions may affect the service. You may also be subject to their applicable terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Crediscore website, branding, interface and original content may not be copied, resold or commercially exploited without written permission. Your lawful rights in your own personal information are not affected.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised use, security risk, violation of these terms or a legal requirement.
9. Limitation
The platform facilitates access to credit information and does not promise loan approval, a particular score, financial improvement or uninterrupted availability. Nothing on the website is financial, legal or investment advice.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights, disputes shall be handled by courts having jurisdiction over Villupuram, Tamil Nadu.
